What we collect

• ✓Your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address, so we can process and deliver your order.
• ✓Your child's first name, and for personalised books their surname, age and gender — used only to personalise and pack the correct product.
• ✓Your order history and the messages you send us.

We never see or store your card details. Card information is entered directly on the secure site of our payment provider, Payfast by Network, and is held separately from the customer details we keep.

Your child's information

We only ever collect a child's details from a parent or guardian, and we use them for one thing: personalising and fulfilling that order. We do not build profiles of children, market to children, or share their details with anyone outside the people who make and pack your order.

How we use it

To take payment, personalise and produce your products, arrange delivery, send you order updates, and answer your questions. If you have asked to hear from us, we may also send occasional news about new products — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to complete your order: our payment provider Payfast by Network, and our courier and PEP store delivery partners. Payfast may process your payment information under its own privacy notice, available at payfast.io. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we are legally required to for tax and accounting purposes, and personalisation details only as long as needed to fulfil and support your order.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Cookies

We use only what is needed to keep your cart and your session working while you shop. We do not use advertising trackers.
