1. Who we are
Minis on Track sells screen-free, reusable learning products for young children in South Africa. You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at 071 983 4952.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart at the prices shown. Your order is only confirmed once payment has cleared and you have received an order confirmation from us. If a product is unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
3. Prices, currency and payment
Minis on Track is domiciled in the Republic of South Africa and all transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown to you before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. Payment security
Card transactions are acquired for Minis on Track via Payfast by Network, an approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks. Payfast uses strong encryption in transit and no card details are stored on this website. You can view Payfast's security certificate and security policy at payfast.io. Your customer details are stored by Minis on Track separately from your card details, which are entered only on Payfast's secure site. A refund can only be paid back to the card or account used for the original payment, and cannot exceed the original amount.
5. Where we sell and deliver
We currently sell and deliver only within the Republic of South Africa. We do not export our products or accept orders for delivery outside South Africa. If you would like to order from elsewhere, message us and we'll tell you whether we can help.
6. Personalised products
Some products, including Beyond the Busy Book, are personalised with your child's name. Please check spelling carefully at checkout — once a personalised item has gone into production we cannot change the details, and personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty personalised items are of course covered by our refund policy.
7. Delivery mode and policy
We deliver nationwide across South Africa by courier, either to your nearest PEP store for collection (7–9 business days) or door-to-door to your address (3–5 business days). These timeframes are estimates from our courier partners and run from the date your order is dispatched, not the date you order. We will let you know if we cannot dispatch within the stated time and give you the option to re-confirm or cancel your order. It is your responsibility to give us a correct, complete delivery address matching your payment details.
8. Using our products safely
Our products are learning aids designed for young children and should be used with adult supervision. Small parts such as letter cards and clock hands are not suitable for children who still put things in their mouths. Recommended age ranges are guidance, not a guarantee of suitability for every child.
9. Our content
All artwork, illustrations, product designs, photography, text and the Omo character are owned by Minis on Track. You are welcome to use our products at home, in your classroom or crèche, but you may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.
10. Bulk and school orders
Bulk orders for schools and crèches are quoted individually and may be subject to separate payment and lead-time arrangements, which we will confirm in writing before production begins.
11. Liability
Minis on Track takes responsibility for all aspects of the transactions on this website, including the sale of goods, delivery, and customer service and support relating to your order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Beyond those rights, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
