Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order reference. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery, and we'll cover the cost of getting it back to us.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, you may return an unused, unmarked item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is for your account, and we can't refund the original delivery fee.

Personalised products

Because personalised books are made specifically for your child, they can't be returned for a change of mind or because a name was spelled incorrectly at checkout. Please double-check the details before you pay. Personalised items that arrive damaged, faulty or personalised differently from what you submitted are fully covered above.

What we can't accept back

• ×Items that have been written on, wiped, marked or used
• ×Items with missing letter cards, clock hands, markers or packaging
• ×Personalised items returned for a change of mind

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your order reference and what's wrong. We'll confirm the return address and next steps — please don't send anything back before we've confirmed.

When you'll get your money

Approved refunds are paid back to the same card or account you paid with, within 10 business days of us receiving and checking the returned item, or of approving a faulty-item claim. Refunds are processed in South African Rand through Payfast by Network and cannot exceed the amount of your original payment. If your bank charges any conversion or transaction fee, that is between you and your bank.

Orders that don't arrive

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery window, get in touch. We'll trace it with our courier and either resend your order or refund you in full.
